Children have the power to bring together parents, teachers and other stakeholders in society and make them aware about their sense of responsibility towards young ones.

But the greatest responsibility lies in “realizing” that as human beings we truly have responsibility. And, happiness and growth are natural outcomes of fulfilling these responsibilities. With the above belief We at Eicher feel fortunate enough to get an opportunity to serve society by incorporating correct values and skills set in children. Through our “21st Century Leadership Program” we are trying to build “character” and develop “competence” in our children in order to equip them to face the challenges of modern times and the times to come. We are highly obliged that various sections of society are helping us in this effort.
